Down below you can find our businessplan for our project "Accessoires-Sharing".

1 Executive Summary

Selina Lehmann and I, Julia Hartmann recently came up with the idea of ​​starting our own company. We chose a GmbH because we can be very flexible. With our company we want to lend people for weddings, confirmations, celebrations and other occasions, jewelry in a qualitative and affordable way. The borrowed jewelry can also be bought after the event. So you don't always have to go to the store and buy it directly, you can also borrow it for a short time and bring it back. Of course, we will clean them after using it so that they look like new again.

2 Founder Profile

Selina Lehmann

Ms. Lehmann is completing her commercial apprenticeship this year. Now she wants to reorient herself and start something completely new. Selina Lehmann is already very familiar with jewelry and knows how to make it.

Julia Hartmann

Ms. Hartmann is also completing her commercial apprenticeship this year and would like to reorient. Since Ms. Lehmann had the same idea, we decided to found SLJH-Accessories GmbH together. Julia Hartmann also has a very good knowledge of jewelry.

3 Business Idea

Our company orders certain products from well-known suppliers, such as Swarovski, Rolex, etc., but we also provide some ourselves. The products can also be made to customer requirements. We want to guarantee high quality and quantity by working only with real silver and gold. The loan should be free, although you can also buy the product cheaply after use. Our products can be picked up directly from our warehouse or ordered online. Our added value is that we can promote sharing. So you don't have to spend money on expensive jewelry for a wedding day. In addition, everyone has the opportunity to buy the product later. Online shipping is also free.

Selina Lehmann and Julia Hartmann lead the company SLJH-Accessories GmbH. One person is always employed in other departments. All employees have attended a higher technical school and are very familiar with their function.

4.3 Legal Form

Due to flexibility, we have chosen the legal form company with limited liability.

5 Target Group

Our target group includes private customers of all ages and gender is irrelevant.

Our first researches

Hello everyone

Down below you can find our first researches about our new sharing project.

How can we save with this kind of sharing?

  • Because people always bring their borrowed accessoires back, there is no need to produce as much and there is no need to use as many machines and employees
  • Saving of different manufacturing materials, such as silver, gold, nickel, copper etc.
  • Money can also be saved
  • People can save their time, because we have an Online-Shop and they do not need to go into a normal shop

Advantages:

  • Save energy
  • Save material
  • Less production=better for the environment

Disadvantages:

  • Property from the owner
  • A own insurance
  • Worse for economy, when they can sell less

What kind of energy could be saved?

  • Grey energy. It is the amount of energy required for the production, transport, storage, sale and disposal of a product.
  • Electricity, by the production
  • Personal energy

Project idea: Oil

Nowadays, so much oil is used, for example to refuel the car but also for the production of plastic and other materials. I would be interested in the possibillities for reducing oil consumption. What we are more aware of is that possible alternatives can be solar energy or wind turbines. What other options are there? What else can oil be replaced by? What are the advantages and disadvantages of replacing the oil with the corresponding alternative? How would the environment react to these alternatives? Before I answer all of these questions I would likte to research current oil consumption and give a list of how much oil is used per year, per month and per day. So first of all I get an overview and after that I can find out what possible alternatives are.

Our project: "Food wasting at weddings"

Because of our project work in economy we hadn't enough time to work on our project "Food wasting at weddings". Therefore we will take some time in Christmas holidays to work for this project. After the Christmas holidays we will publish our results.

I want to show you an example how to calculate a portion spaghetti bolognese from kcal to KJ and from kcal to kWh:

Here the calculation:

kcal to KJ
0.239 kcal : 1 KJ x 171 kcal = 715.481 KJ

kcal to kWh
0.00116 kWh : 1 kcal x 171 kcal = 0.19874 kWh

So now, have fun with calculating your example! :)
